It is payable on arrival except during high season July and August, where it is payable no later than 3 weeks before the stay. If canceled later than 1 week berfore, only 50% is refunded, in case of no-show there is no refund.

If the booking has been made via my business partners Airbnb, Djurspakken, Djurs Sommerland or Visitdjursland, the accommodation is settled with them alone, as well as possible cancellation, refund, changes and general inquiries regarding the booking. Rental of bed linen and towels as well as the purchase of breakfast are ordered and settled with me.
